MAC Cosmetics’ Global Education team needed to rethink how they trained makeup artists in the field—turning dense technical product information into something artists would actually want to read. As Freelance Creative Lead, I rewrote and redesigned their Artist Training & Development workbook from the ground up, translating specs and formulas into storytelling that felt as inspiring as the brand itself.
