Style Stories: A Community-Centric Campaign

Converse wanted to shift the conversation beyond product details and into personal style—celebrating how real fans actually wear their shoes (and clothes).

I led the narrative strategy and conducted interviews with community members in person, season after season, shaping their stories into bio modules and multichannel copy that ran across email, social, and Converse.com.

The challenge was finding a consistent editorial voice that felt authentic and human across formats and audiences. The campaign drove year-over-year revenue growth and increased conversion across CRM channels.
