Hi, I’m Monica. 👋

I help brands find their voice, then use it to connect with their people. Over the past 15 years, I’ve shaped brand voice and creative direction for Converse, Bumble and bumble, MAC, and other global brands—designing the systems, campaigns, and experiences that draw people in and make them want to stick around.

I’m drawn to brands that prioritize creativity, self‑expression, and well‑being—they reflect my own values. When I’m not writing, I’m usually behind a camera, practicing yoga, diving into a new book or rabbit hole, or exploring new places.

Having grown up across Asian cities—including Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Manila—and on both coasts of the U.S., with over a decade in New York City, I bring a culturally fluent perspective and deep curiosity about people to everything I do.
